Shell2Go stores account, workspace, subscription, audit, and saved connection metadata required to provide the service.

Credentials

SSH secrets are protected with authenticated encryption. Decrypted credentials and terminal input are not returned through ordinary APIs or written to application logs.

Service providers

Configured email and billing providers process the minimum information required to send account messages and manage subscriptions.
